If there are any steps into your property in the passageway please ensure that they are levelled with bricks/breezeblocks to stop the hot tub tipping to the side during delivery – They weigh 100kg and can cause substantial damge to fences/other property etc if the hot tubs tip or fall onto them. i.e make one step that fills the width of the passage/alleyway. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your property during the delivery process.
Please ensure the health and safety of our delivery staff during the delivery process by providing them with a clear, trip free access route.
If you have pets please ensure that your garden is clear of any pet waste before the delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery on arrival if any of these terms aren’t met.

Deposit

We require a £50 deposit by BACS, PayPal or cheque to be made payable to Midland Hot Tub Hire and sent to our listed address within 3 working days of the time of booking. This deposit is in addition to the hire fees and any delivery charges, these need to be made by either cash on delivery or cleared cheque before we arrive. if you prefer payment of the deposit or hire charge can be made via credit or debit card. Unfortunately credit cards attract a handling fee on 2.5%. The deposit is refundable on collection of the hot tub providing there is no damage to it, we have access to get to it on the agreed time and date of collection and it has not been stolen. Any damages caused by gross miss-use and not covered by the £100 deposit will be billed accordingly i.e. a punctured or ripped hot tub liner will be billed at £300. If the customer does not pay for damage willingly then we will pursue the lost moneys in a small claims court and if it has to lead to this stage then we will also claim for lost hire time. If we arrive to deliver your hot tub at the agreed time and no one is in to receive it then we will try to rearrange delivery subject to extra fuel costs. If our driver is too busy to redeliver then your deposit will be forfeited. It is up to you to be in on the date of delivery. Normally we will give you a morning or afternoon delivery slot, for a more precise time you can call Midland Hot Tub Hire after 8am on the morning of your delivery day.
